I don’t know how you are this time of year, but I crave more comfort food- treats to be specific. I need food that warms my soul. Banana bread is one of my favs but can also contain too much processed sugar, refined flour, and saturated fats. Here is a delicious altnerative to the traditional recipe- no one will ever be able to tell this is a healthy banana bread- i promise!

This Workout I loved. A lot of up and down movements, but teaches you how to use your glutes and abs standing up! The up and down’s keeps your heart rate up so you are also doing your cardio work!

I finally got to another video this past weekend! Was it ever nice to get outside and film again – Summer is here!!
This workout was a great sweat targeting the glutes, shoulders, and core. I used an UGI ball, but like all my videos, if you don’t have a med ball or ugi, I always give options. Be sure to always warm up properly before each workout, and cool down with a proper stretch post workout!

Hi Friends! One of my favourites thus far. I was shocked at how sore my CHEST and OBLIQUES were the next day. Just one more workout proving you don’t need to spend hours in a gym to get gains! Remember, muscle stiffness the next day means you have shocked your body….SO—- with proper nutrition following a workout and adequate SLEEP, you are getting fitter!
I called this the Sneaky Smoothie because it has spinach it it. For some people, if they know there are greens in a smoothie they won’t even try it, but if they don’t know, trust me—- they won’t even taste it! A great way to get a few servings of vegetables in!!!
