THE BREAKFAST CHOCOLATE PUDDING
For the past few months this recipe has been my to go meal. It is delicious, but also packed full of protein, good fats, and carbohydrates to keep you going for hours!
I have mastered the measurements as well as oatmeal brand, so that the oatmeal has the same consistency of a pudding. Follow the measurement closely if you want this texture but If you’d prefer for it to be more like thick oatmeal, halve the water amount.
Ingredients
2 Cups of water
1/3 Cup of Stoked Oats - aphrodisi-Oats Brand
1 Scoop of Protein Power (My Preference - Vegan Select in Chocolate Bliss Flavour
1 TBLSP Natural Nut Butter - no added ingredients (sugar, oil)
Directions
Add Stoked Oats to 2 cups of boiling water. Cook thoroughly but be sure to leave adequate amount of liquid. Once cooked, turn off stove, wait 1minute before adding your protein powder. Stir so protein powder mixes thoroughly into the oats. Once poured into your bowl, drizzle the Nut Butter of your choice over the pudding for your added fat. This is will help with satiety for longer period of time
