WORKOUT 7: CHEST / BICEP STRENGTH
A1. Incline DB chest press x 10-15
superset with
A2. Incline DB bicep curl x 12-15
B1. Flies - cable machine or band x 12-15
superset with
B2. Standing BB bicep curl x 12-15
C1. Push - Up to low squat bi curl - 1-2-3-4-5 reps - pyramid style
superset with
C2. Bosu push - up to low squat x 10
