My Journey

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I‘ve dedicated my career to helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence. My diverse background includes everything from marathon running and competitive bodybuilding, to conquering Tough Mudder and Spartan races — giving myself a unique ability to coach clients across various disciplines.

I’ve also worked with a wide range of clients, including celebrities like Tate McRae, professional hockey players, motocross and race car athletes, and even trained Sheldon Kennedy to compete — and win — on the popular TV show Battle of the Blades.

Recognized as Impact Magazine’s Top Trainer in 2018 and Top Instructor in 2019, I continue to lead the industry with a no-nonsense coaching style. My coaching philosophy is simple: Nothing worth having long term comes easy. Mastering balance — not perfection — is the key to lasting success.

Now navigating pre-menopause, I’m passionate about showing women that midlife can still be vibrant and rewarding with the right mindset and improved lifestyle habits. While aging presents new challenges, I believe that with consistent effort — often less than expected — women can absolutely thrive in this stage of life.

My philosophy - I believe our bodies are a gift - an essential instrument through which we experience joy, connection, and life itself.
