I never thought in 1 million years I would look this strong. I love staring at my body and proud of what it can now do for me. I wish I met Tisha sooner. My past experience with 'fitness' has been a ton of time wasted stressing and feeling guilty. Not eating carbs, trying to figure out what veg was too high in sugar, trying to dedicate 40 mins a day to fasted cardio. fuck trying to have a social life.
I love that you connect with all of us and we have a support system. Workouts are fun yet challenging. Weekly tips, tasks are alway engaging, and we are always presented with tools to make them achievable.
Best part is I don't have to feel like I have to sacrifice to be healthy and stay fit.

Tish! I wanted to share with you. I ran 22.5km for cancer on the weekend. The last time I ran this race was 2 years ago when I joined with you. I always had sore muscles in the middle of my runs and felt like my legs were going to give out because of only running and no strength training. I had no muscle left! 2 years later no muscle soreness and power in my strides!!! Next day I felt so good, I could run again with no soreness. Just to encourage you to say your workouts really work and your program is incredible!
